A street artist took aim at President Joe Biden and celebrity couple George and Amal Clooney with controversial artwork near where they will be making a joint appearance in Hollywood.
Conservative street artist Sabo put up a series of faux advertisements targeting Biden, some of his family members, and the Clooneys at near Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
The provocative pieces were released ahead of Biden and the Clooneys upcoming interview with fellow liberal celebrity, Jimmy Kimmel, at a fundraiser for the campaign.
Among the most striking pieces is one depicting Amal Clooney, a highly recognizable human-rights attorney, wearing a suicide vest with the caption, “Looney Clooney is the bomb,” which Sabo claims references her work with the International Criminal Court (ICC).

The ICC had recently issued arrest warrants for prominent figures including leaders from Hamas, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant.
President Biden’s lack of support for these actions reportedly angered George Clooney, who reportedly called the White House to complain.
Sabo’s disdain for Hollywood elites and their perceived detachment from the struggles faced by ordinary people under Biden’s policies was made clear through his art.

He included a fake Bed Bath and Beyond ad featuring Joe Biden and his daughter Ashley Biden behind a shower curtain, referencing controversial comments from Ashley’s stolen diary.
Another piece took aim at George Clooney with a mock “ER” advertisement featuring Clooney as Dr. Doug Ross and the text, “Trump Derangement Syndrome. It’s real and many suffer but there’s help.”
He took a jab at both Biden and the “Ocean’s Eleven” star with a fake movie poster reminiscent of the one from Clooney’s 2000 Cohen brother’s flick, “O Brother Where Art Thou?”
Sabo’s version of the poster features an iconic image of Hunter Biden, who was convicted on federal gun charges this week, wearing a pair of aviators and a red scarf, along with a prison striped Speedo.
James Biden appears beside him with a cell phone and a white baseball cap in a similar suit, while the President gapes up at the sky with his mouth open in confusion from behind them in a banana hammock.

The poster’s caption reads, “O Brother Where Art Thou? A story about one really f**cked up family.” The line below states, “A George Clooney Fundraiser.”
Both Clooney and co-star Julia Roberts are hosting an upcoming celebrity-studded fundraiser for Biden over the weekend.
Kimmel will moderate, with appearances by Jason Bateman, Jack Black, Kathryn Hahn and Sheryl Lee Ralph.
Tickets for the event, which has already nearly sold out the venue’s 7,100 seats are going for $250 to $250,000.
A similar fundraiser in New York, which was moderated by Stephen Colbert and featured Biden, alongside former Presidents Barrack Obama and Bill Clinton, drummed up $26 million.
Clooney has previously donated $500,000 to Biden personally, and co-hosted an online fundraiser that brought in $7 million for the campaign.
The posters disparaging Biden in Los Angeles aren’t Sabo’s first foray into politically charged artwork.
😆👏😆 😆👏😆

Earlier this year, he posted 14 fake ads around Hollywood before the Academy Awards, which blamed leading Democrats like President Biden, California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Rep. Adam Schiff, and even Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell for the fentanyl crisis.
The politicians were depicted with a flag-draped casket and China’s President Xi Jinping showering them with cash, while the text read: “100,000 Fentanyl Deaths a Year.”
The project, partially funded by donors, cost $10,000 and required Sabo to travel from Colorado to Hollywood.

Sabo and his team also showcased his work at California’s Capitol building in Sacramento at the same time.
The artist revealed that he often disguises himself as a legitimate worker to avoid detection but didn’t need to do so this time, as law enforcement took no action against him.
Targeting areas around the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood five days before the Oscars, Sabo aimed to maximize the impact of his art.
He also focused on the district represented by Schiff, who is running for the U.S. Senate against former Los Angeles Dodgers star Steve Garvey.
While his ads didn’t directly attack specific Oscar nominees, Sabo argued that Hollywood contributes to the fentanyl crisis by pandering to China and allowing the Chinese Communist Party to influence film content.
Sabo told Newsweek, “Everyone involved is happy with the project.”
However, the artwork was mostly torn down by the time the Academy Awards were broadcast.
