After the attempt on former President Donald Trump’s life on Saturday, there was an outpouring of support from the presumptive nominee’s celebrity supporters.
“American Badass” singer Kid Rock had a visceral reaction to seeing Trump take a bullet to the ear on live television during his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
In a strongly worded video on Instagram, the musician, who’s real name is Robert James Ritchie, appeared visibly shaken as he hissed, “You f*** with Trump, you f*** with me.”
Conservative celebrities were furious that the liberal media downplayed the assassination attempt in breaking reports.

“Secret Service rushes Trump off stage after he falls at rally,” a headline from CNN stated. “MAGA responds with outrage after Donald Trump injured at Pennsylvania rally,” read another by Newsweek.
“‘Injured?’ He was shot in the head in a failed assassination attempt,” actor James Wood retorted. “An American was murdered, others critically wounded, you disgusting leftist a**holes.”
“The media is complicit,” comedian Roseanne Barr simply stated.

“This is what happens when you call someone Hitler for 8 years…” noted “The Hot Chick” star Rob Schneider.
“Hey liberal hate mongering media,” he wrote in all caps. “Say it! It was an assassination attempt!”

While others blamed the Secret Service for allowing the shooter to not only hit Trump, but take four more shots.
“Shooter was roughly 150 yards from Trump with direct line of sight to stage. Negligence or something much, much worse,” conservative “Hercules” star Kevin Sorbo criticized.
“Trump should’ve been off that stage in two seconds,” he added. “Why’d they stand him up? To give the shooter another shot? This is absurd.”
Wtf the secret service doesn’t start shooting until after the shooter did? This has so many red flags.
Sniper was 150 yards out. Protocol for secret service is to have entire perimeter 500 yards out covered. His detail got compromised, or this was a mishap of epic proportions. https://t.co/gyoMCWwxQt

Others blamed President Joe Biden and the Democratic party for stoking violence against Trump.
“Biden said to ‘put Trump in a bullseye.'” Conservative Twitter account Libs of TikTok posted. “A few days later this happened.”
“‘Most importantly, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart, Trump is a threat to this nation.’ – Joe Biden yesterday,” the account added in a follow-up post.

Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy was furious about how long it took for President Biden to make a statement about the historic attack on Trump.
“How has the President of the United States not said a word in over an hour when a former president and current republican nominee just survived an assassination attempt? WHERE IS @JoeBiden,” he tweeted.
When the president finally did make a statement, Portnoy criticized him for failing to call it an assassination attempt.

“Joe not quite ready to go out on a limb and call it an assassination attempt. Needs a quick nap and more facts,” he captioned video of Biden’s remarks.
The president said that he didn’t “know” if the bullets whizzing by Trump’s head constituted an assassination attempt, because he didn’t have all the “facts.”
“Well Joe, he had his ear shot off. So I do think it’s an assassination attempt and you don’t need more facts,” Portnoy said over the video as Biden ambled walked away from the podium. “Good job walking off stage though.”

But most celebrity commenters were impressed by Trump’s absolutely “gangster” reaction to taking a bullet.
He raised a fist defiantly as Secret Service agents tried to drag him off stage and told the crowd “Fight! Fight! Fight!” as he was whisked away to safety.
“A 78 year old multiple billionaire should be on a yacht on the [Mediterranean] touring golf courses,” tweeted UFC fighter Conor McGregor.

“But he is not. He is in Pennsylvania spitting out bullets! Running for the love of his country! God speed Donald!”
“To survive an assassination attempt by mere millimeters then stop your security so you can raise your fist in defiance of death is the most badass thing I’ve ever seen in my life,” boxer Logan Paul concurred.
“Age isn’t the issue in this election, it’s stamina,” added comedian Russell Brand. “Trump showed he had plenty of it. Unfazed.”
This is going to become one of the most iconic pictures in history.

“His clenched fist will define him. Forever more Donald Trump will be remembered as defiant and brave in the face of potentially deadly violence. No guts no glory.”

Former NFL player Antonio Brown said to “cue up” rapper 50 Cent’s hit single “Many Men,” because Trump’s going to “win the presidency” by a landslide.
The 2003 hit, which features the lyrics “many men wish death upon me,” quickly became the anthem that the internet believes Trump should walk out to during future rallies.
“I know the vibes,” the rapper, who has been shot multiple times, captioned a clip of the song along with a photo of Trump raising his fist in defiance. “We are all in trouble now!”

Jackson also shared a photo of armed law enforcement agents standing over the corpse of Trump’s shooter.
