“Shazam” actor Zachary Levi has announced his support for Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential race.
Hosting “Team Trump’s Reclaim America Tour” on Saturday, the 44-year-old “Chuck” star revealed his decision to vote for Trump in the November election.
Levi started off by making a joke about why he was moderating the panel. “I’m not gonna take too much time, but I did just wanna just give you a little context about why Shazam is sitting here talking to you about these various things,” he quipped.
The actor explained that he grew up in a “Christian conservative,” which he said was “pretty much the lane” both his parents were in.

“My parents were Kennedy Democrats that then turned into Reagan Republicans, and they taught me to have a healthy level of distrust for the government and a healthy level of distrust for industry that runs amok,” he noted.
Levi said that “for a long time,” he really wanted to find a politician that represents all the qualities that he wanted to see in his ideal presidential candidate.
“And this year, I found Bobby Kennedy, and I thought, ‘Man, this guy is it. He’s the real deal,’” he noted.

“And in a perfect world, whatever that would look like, perhaps I would have voted for Bobby.”
But the actor pointed out that “we don’t live in a perfect world,” and Kennedy Jr. dropped out of the presidential race.
“In fact, we live in a very broken one, we live in a country that has been hijacked by a lot of people who want to take this place way off the cliff,” he continued. “And we want to stop that, right?”
After Kennedy Jr., withdrew from the race last month and endorsed Trump, Levi has chosen to follow his lead.
“We’re here to make sure that we are going to take back this country, we are going to make it great again, we are going to make it healthy again,” he said in a fusion of Trump and Kennedy Jr.’s campaign slogans.
“And so, I stand with Bobby, and I stand with Tulsi, and I stand with everyone else who is standing with President Trump,” he said endorsing the former president.
“Because I do believe, of the two choices that we have, and we only have two, Donald Trump, President Trump is the man that can get us there,” he actor stated.
“And he’s gonna get us there because he’s gonna have the backing and the support and the wisdom and the knowledge and the fight that exists in Robert Kennedy Jr. and former representative Tulsi Gabbard,” Levi concluded.
NEW: Joe Rogan says the alliance between Donald Trump, Tulsi Gabbard, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and the Make America Healthy Again movement is “very exciting.”

Spotify podcaster Joe Rogan is also thrilled that Trump has joined forces with Kennedy Jr. and Gabbard.
“One of the things that people are so excited about with this Trump union with Tulsi Gabbard and Robert Kennedy is that you’re having these movements that seem to be almost impossible to achieve outside of an outsider,” he said on a recent episode of his eponymous podcast.
Rogan seemed shocked that the trio would tout the Make America Healthy Again concept, which is a direct challenge to Big Pharma and food giants.
“You’re gonna go up against these companies that have been donating to these political parties forever and have allowed them to have these regulations that are allowing them to have these dyes in food that’s illegal in our neighboring Canada,” he remarked.
“Like, what? No one’s done that before. Right?” Rogan added. “So that’s very exciting.”
Kennedy Jr. and Gabbard then joined Levi onstage at one point, and the actor said that Americans are being “inundated every single day with poison,” by the food we’re eating, the pharmaceuticals that are being “shoved down our throats, and the media we’re consuming.
He noted that supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris are “being lied to,” and encouraged the audience to engage them with “grace,” rather than being “baited into their attacks.”
Though Levi endorsed Republican nominee in the upcoming election, the actor hasn’t always been a fan of the 45th president.
I am no fan or supporter of Trump, and I find his behavior to be vulgar, callous, narcissistic, and lacking empathy. And while I’m not a Conservative, I know many who backed 45 not because they liked him, but because he was the only candidate they felt cared about their needs. https://t.co/6JuzZKWyF6
