“WAP” rapper Cardi B blasted President Joe Biden for funding two wars while New York City is forced to slash police force funding due to a migrant surge.
The “I Like It” rapper released a raging livestream video in reaction to the budget cuts New York City Mayor Eric Adams’ announced last week.
Every city agency will be forced to reduce spending by five percent in order to make up for the $7 billion budget gap due to the “sanctuary city” housing an extreme influx in migrants.
“In New York, there is a $120 million budget cut that is going to affect schools, public libraries, and the police department,” she began.

“Y’all know that I don’t give a f**k about the cops, but like it is what it is,” the musician added.
The NYPD’s force will be reduced to its lowest level since 1993, with just 29,000 officers by the end of 2025, according to Adam’s new budget plans.
Despite the police force being strained by surging crime rates, the NYPD’s $5.6 billion will be slashed by $132 million next fiscal year.
City Hall is attempting to cut $42 million by canceling the next five police academy classes, while not replacing the 4,500 officers expected to quit or retire in the next 18 months.
While Cardi B acknowledged that she was fortunate to live in the comfort of a wealthy area in New Jersey, due to her massive success in the music industry, she was concerned about what was going to happen to the city she was raised in.
“Crimes are gonna go through the roof because there is a police safety budget cut,” she said according to the Daily Mail.
“What’s going to happen to my nieces? What’s going to happen to my nephews? What’s going to happen to my cousins, my aunts, my friends that’s living in the hood?” the artist questioned.
“I’m from the Bronx, I don’t want to see my s**t affected.”
She also noted that the revised $110.5 billion budget, which will be presented to the New York City Council this week for approval, includes a huge $32 million cut to the sanitation department.
“Everybody be like, ‘New York is dirty,’ and it is dirty,” the “Bodak Yellow rapper stated. “And we’re going to get even dirtier with the f**king budget cut.”
“B***h, we are going to be drowning in f**king rats,” she added.
Cardi B, who backed Biden in 2020, said that she would not be endorsing any politicians this year, due to the NYC budget failure.
“Don’t f**king ask me, I don’t give a f**k [about] the resume that they send, I’m not endorsing no f**king presidents no more,” she explained.
“Joe Biden’s talking about, ‘like yeah, we can fund two wars,'” Cardi B said in reference to the war in Ukraine, along with the conflict between Israel and Hamas.
“Mother f**kers talking about we don’t got it, but we got it, how we’re the greatest nation,” she continued. “No we’re f**king not!”
She encouraged the Biden administration to admit that the country is going through a recession, though nobody wants to admit it.
“We really, really, really are f**ked right now,” she noted.
Cardi B compared the Biden administration’s insistence that the country can fund to wars to a cheater claiming that he has the money to support two women at the same time.
“No we cannot fund these f**king wars, we can’t,” she pointed out. “Y’all doing budget cuts on the biggest city in the United States.”
She also noted that if New York City could be so dramatically affected by the policies put in place by the Biden administration, that the rest of the country will soon be feeling the same pain.
“Major Eric [Adams] said it, there is a budget cut going on in New York, and little by little, it’s going to go in y’all states,” Cardi warned. “The world is in f**king shambles.”
