Notoriously hotheaded actor Alec Baldwin found himself embroiled in a shouting match during a pro-Palestine protest in New York City on Monday night.
The incident unfolded when Baldwin, known for his role in “30 Rock,” made an unexpected appearance at the protest, which spanned major transit stations throughout the day in Manhattan.
Hundreds of demonstrators gathered at Grand Central Station at 3 p.m. to voice their opposition against Israel’s military campaign in Gaza in a “citywide protest convergence.”
Protestors chanted slogans that were both anti-Israel and against President Biden at the Metro-North Railroad’s main hub.

When some of them recognized Baldwin, they turned their rage on the “Glengarry Glen Ross” star, criticizing his career and the shooting of “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
In a series of videos that have gone viral, protestors crowded Baldwin and pressured him into revealing what his stance is on Israel.
In response, Baldwin retorted, “Because I’m in Hollywood? You ask stupid questions. Ask me a smart question.”
The exchange quickly escalated as both parties shouted at each other before the police intervened and guided Baldwin away.
As Baldwin was being escorted by the police, a crowd surrounded him, jeering him about Hutchins death by the prop gun he shot on the set of the movie “Rust” in 2021.
Amidst the commotion, someone from the crowd shouted, “Who the f**k do you think you are?” and “Go f**k yourself.”

“Stop crying! Stop crying,” Baldwin bit back.
“I want peace for Gaza, though,” he conceded while pointing into the crowd.
As Baldwin was led away by the officers, a demonstrator referenced the shooting incident by accusing him, “You did kill someone though, right? You’re a murderer!”
The protesters were lucky that Baldwin has seemingly evolved beyond coming to blows with agitators.
The “Notting Hill” actor has a history of bad behavior that dates back to the 1990s.
Baldwin was held under citizen’s arrest in October 1995, when he punched a paparazzi in the nose for getting to close to his then three-day-old daughter Ireland.

In 2011, he was kicked off a flight for slamming “the lavatory door so hard, the cockpit crew heard it and became alarmed,” after he was asked to shut off his phone in the middle of a round of “Words With Friends.”
Baldwin was caught on camera shouting a gay slur at a cameraman in November 2013, was arrested five years later for punching a guy in the face over a parking spot dispute.
He was charged with involuntary manslaughter for the shooting death of Hutchins in January.
Prosecutors dismissed the case in April, when new evidence emerged that the revolver may have been modified to fire without touching the trigger.
In October, New Mexico prosecutors said they planned to recharge Baldwin after results from an independent forensic test indicated that the gun only fired because the actor pulled the trigger.
“After extensive investigation over the past several months, additional facts have come to light that we believe show Mr. Baldwin has criminal culpability in the death of Halyna Hutchins and the shooting of Joel Souza,” special prosecutor Kari Morrissey said in a statement.
On Monday, protestors gathered at Grand Central in New York City, chanting and flying Palestinian flags.
The demonstration was part of the international Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions campaign, aiming to exert pressure on Israel to comply with international law.
NYPD officers patrolled the crowd and blocked off passages within the terminal, including access to Vanderbilt Hall.
The protestors marched to Times Square carrying signs that read “Support Palestinian resistance.”
Along the way they interrupted business at Starbucks, clothing company Zara, and the New York Times; all companies they accuse of “profiting from Israel’s crimes.”
The protesters proceeded to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, where police had established barricades on the sidewalks.
Finally, they moved onto their last scheduled stop, Penn Station, where police blocked elevators and access to the street.
“Israel bombs! USA pays! How many kids did you kill today,” they chanted.
