Conservative actor James Woods speculated that Special Counsel Robert Hur’s assessment about President Joe Biden’s “significantly limited” memory could be a ploy to pave the way for another Democrat to run for the Oval Office.
In the Department of Justice’s bombshell report, Hur was unable to establish Biden’s guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt” to press charges against the President.
However, the agency’s investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.”
The politically damning report noted that Biden’s “significantly limited” mental capacity was part of Hur’s decision to refrain from prosecuting him.
Is the "elderly man with a poor memory" excuse an early pretext to activate the 25th Amendment? Clearly they have either Michelle or Newsom warming up in the bullpen. Jill will hold onto power like a bulldog with a ham bone. The only way to dump Joe is to use the 25th.

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” the report details.
“Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt.”
“It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

The report disturbingly noted that Biden’s memory was so addled when they interviewed him, that he was unable to recall the period when he was Vice President of the United States.
“He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (“if it was 2013, when did I stop being Vice President?”),” the report stated.
“And forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (“in 2009, am I still Vice President?”).
Hur added that Biden’s memory “appeared to have significant limitations,” which included forgetting when his son Beau Biden died of brain cancer.
“He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died,” the report assessed.
Biden gave a fuming press conference on Thursday, in which he attacked Hur for putting Beau into his report.
"How in the hell dare he raise that? … I don't need anyone to remind me when [Beau] passed away."

“There’s even reference that I don’t remember when my son died. How in the hell dare he raise that,” the President said about the Special Prosecutor.
“Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself: ‘wasn’t any of their damn business,’” he remarked.
Biden told reporters that he wears a rosary on his wrist that Beau received from a church that he was unable to remember the name of, but the lapse could have been due to the clear emotion he was choking back while speaking about Beau.
“I don’t need anyone to remind me when he passed away,” Biden added gravely.
Meanwhile, Woods questioned if the report was a way for the Democratic Party to part ways with Biden ahead of the upcoming election.
“Is the “elderly man with a poor memory” excuse an early pretext to activate the 25th Amendment?” The “Ray Donovan” actor posited on Thursday night.

While there’s no clear indication that Biden’s own political party is plotting against him, Republican politicians are already calling for the President to be removed from office by invoking the 25th amendment.
“This report labels Biden as a ‘well meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,'” Sen. Rick Scott of Florida posted on X, formerly Twitter.
“That does not describe someone who should be the Commander in Chief of our armed forces and the defender of American freedoms. It’s time for his cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment,” he stated.
Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene echoed the same sentiment in an interview with Fox News, which she shared on the social media platform.
Joe Biden isn’t capable to stand trial for all of the classified documents he stole after leaving office as a Senator and VP, yet he’s capable of carrying around the nuclear football?
