Liberal comedian Jon Stewart concured with former President Donald Trump that the system is “obviously” rigged against him.
In an interview on comedian Tom Segura’s podcast, Stewart discussed Trump’s guilty verdict on all 34 counts in his hush money case.
Stewart agreed with Trump’s continuous assertion that the system is “rigged” against him, though the comedian had different ideas on the solution.
“Somebody can be right about a diagnosis and wrong about the remedy. So he can diagnose the system as rigged, and it obviously is,” Stewart commented.

“The interesting thing is once that gets exposed, a reformer comes in and says, I’m going to straighten this out and make it fairer.”
Stewart claimed that Trump does not aim to actually fix the system for the better, but to take control of it.
“If you don’t mind signing that deed over to me, I’ll take care of it,” he quipped.
Bill Maher expresses panic as he realizes that Trump’s verdict has not benefitted Biden in the polls. He predicts that Biden will lose.

During the podcast, Stewart also critiqued the left’s attempts to remove Trump from the ballot in November.
“Everything other than just have a better idea,” he remarked.
The trial has been denounced by notable conservatives as politically motivated prosecution, or “lawfare,” aimed at influencing the November election.
Meanwhile, liberal HBO host Bill Maher believes it doesn’t matter because Biden “is going to f**king lose” to Trump.
Maher made the prognosis during an episode of his Club Random podcast on Sunday, during a debate with tech journalist Kara Swisher.
After pointing out that Biden is the oldest president in U.S. history at 81, Maher claimed that his age no longer matters, as he believes the outcome of the election is already determined.
“I would vote for [Biden’s] head in a jar of blue liquid over Donald Trump, but that doesn’t mean that I’m — first of all, I think it’s a moot point at this point. He’s going to f**king lose,” Maher stated.
Swisher quickly disagreed, shooting back, “No, you’re wrong,” and challenging Maher to place a bet.
At that point, Maher appeared unsure about the election and hesitant to wager any money.
“Not only will I not bet on this premise, you could change my mind on it in the next two minutes,” he declared.
When he baited her to persuade him, Swisher said there was a “silent majority” of voters who “don’t want chaos again.”
She mentioned that these voters, mostly women, are not publicly anti-Trump but are not inclined to vote for him. Maher seemed doubtful of this argument.
“Do I think that’s absolutely possible, what you described? Yes. Or it could not be and I can’t tell the difference,” he questioned.
Maher speculated that the exact opposite of her assertion might be at play, suggesting there are a “silent majority'” Trump voters who could sway the election.
“The shy Trump voter is the one who is going to vote for Trump but doesn’t want you to know it because it’s a little déclassé,” he shot back.
Swisher contended that Maher was overly critical of Biden while overlooking the danger posed by Trump.
“I think the issue with someone like you is that you — the focus on Biden versus the danger of Trump that they’re like, you’re focusing on ‘the scones don’t taste very good’ when the house is burning down,” she stated.
“I’m just telling you, you know that. You’re aware of that,” Swisher added.
Maher countered, saying that talking heads “lose our credibility” if they don’t acknowledge Biden’s age.
He said that the only mutual characteristic that Democrat and Republican voters have is that “they’re both hoping their candidates die” before the November election.
Recently, Maher criticized “The View” co-host Joy Behar for self-censoring criticisms of President Joe Biden.
Behar said she refrains from criticizing Biden to prevent former President Donald Trump from winning in the 2024 election.
Good Wednesday.
Bill Maher tells the view that Biden seems much older than Trump does. He wants off this sinking ship obviously.
“He’s cadaver-like.”

“I’m nervous about saying anything against Biden because I feel, not that I have so much power — and you have some more than I do obviously” Behar remarked during his May appearance on the show.
“Are you afraid that might influence people who are on the fence?” she questioned.
“I think you lose all credibility,” Maher said about her refusal to say a bad word about Biden. “I do. I mean, my bond with my audience has always been [that] I don’t pull a punch.”
“My bond with my audience is you’re not gonna like everything I say, but you know I’m saying what I really think is true.”
Maher noted that the president “presents as old,” despite being only a few years older than Trump.
“We are not young, but we don’t present as old. Biden does,” he commented. “I saw him yesterday making that speech, I mean, I’m sorry, but he’s cadaver-like.”
The Real Time host likened the president to the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, asserting that she “ruined her legacy” by staying on the bench far too long, despite advanced age and deteriorating health.
He claimed that her decision not to retire allowed Trump to appoint her replacement, Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett, resulting in a 6-3 conservative majority in the Supreme Court.
He urged Biden to resign at the conclusion of his first term to avoid replicating Ginsberg’s legacy.
