D-List comedian Kathy Griffin, who was cancelled for posing with a bloody paper mache version of President-elect Donald Trump’s head, blamed his unexpected win on pop star Taylor Swift.
“I don’t think that our beloved country America, knows that it’s in for with a fascistic society and dictator. I’m not being hyperbolic, I’m not being dramatic,” Griffin declared in a social media video.
“I am shocked and crushed at how many people I personally know did not vote or felt like there was no difference between the candidates, or just were too self-involved to learn anything about it,” she ranted. “And that makes me sad.”
Griffin also voiced her concerns regarding the “Trumpian Christo-fascist megachurch” ideology, fearing it might lead her sons to be forced into fatherhood if they impregnated a 15-year-old girl.

“It’s gonna be a Duggar America, everybody!” she exclaimed, referencing the scandal involving the oldest Duggar son sexually assaulting several of his sisters.
She predicted that Trump would eventually “crumble” due to old age, but warned that Vice President-elect JD Vance posed an even greater threat.
Vance is terrifying and horrible because he’s as crazy as Trump but he’s smart. And the way things are going in this country, [he] could get re-elected!” Griffin lamented.

“And then we would have President Vance for eight years. Which I kinda wish some of my friends had thought about yesterday that weren’t voting.”
She cautioned that the LGBTQ+ community and women would face increased threats under a Trump-led White House.
“Gays you may not be safe. So, to be gay in America, much less trans, ‘cuz they’re obsessed with trans people, to be LGBT in America, is not gonna be a safe thing anymore,” she continued on.
“To be a woman in America will be less safe than it already is, so take care of each other.”
Ultimately, she laid some blame on Taylor Swift for the election outcome. “I know this will get me in trouble. But I really really wish Taylor Swift had done an event with Vice President Harris in Pennsylvania two months ago,” she said risking the wrath of the “Swifties.”
“OK, I just had to say that because she’s so powerful, and it’s not fair that the weight of the world should be on a pop star’s shoulders,” Griffin added.
Reflecting on the election, she finally wrapped up, “I just did not realize how racist and misogynistic America still is.”
Elsewhere, liberal actress Sally Field was captured by photographers disposing of her Kamala Harris yard signs following Trump’s sweeping victory.
The 78-year-old Oscar winner was seen removing Harris and pro-abortion signs from her lawn and tossing them in the trash, as reported by Fox News.

Field had been a staunch supporter of the Harris-Walz ticket, and on Election Day, she fervently encouraged Americans to support Harris through an Instagram post.
“Whether you’re a Democrat, a Republican or an Independent – vote for Democracy, for human rights, for women’s rights, for sanity, for hope, for @kamalaharris & @timwalz,” Field urged.
Meanwhile, pop icon Madonna joined other celebrities in mourning Trump’s decisive win over Harris.
She took to Instagram Stories, sharing a picture of a cake with an explicit message directed at Trump, accompanied by the caption, “Stuffed my face with this cake last night,” she wrote in text across the image.
A second story showed a selfie and said in the text caption, “Trying to get my head around why a convicted felon, rapist, bigot was chosen to lead our country because he’s good for the economy?”
Madonna had previously voiced her support for Harris, posting on social media, “Paris was so FUN! It was hard to leave, but I had. to come home.to V.O.T.E. [Kamala Harris] For. President!!!!”
The singer’s disdain for Trump was not new; she had openly criticized him during the Women’s March in Washington, D.C., in January 2017, when she controversially mentioned contemplating “blowing up the White House.”
Following backlash, Madonna clarified, “I do not promote violence and it’s important people hear and understand my speech in its entirety rather than one phrase.”
In an Instagram post at that time, she asserted, “I am not a violent person. I spoke in metaphor and I shared two ways of looking at things — one was to be hopeful, and one was to feel anger and outrage, which I have personally felt.”
