Kim Kardashian recently received a huge amount of online backlash for sharing a bizarre video clip on Instagram, featuring a haunting version of “Santa Baby.”
The music video, styled to resemble vintage home-video footage, shows the 44-year-old fashion mogul dramatically crawling across the floor in a blonde wig, sheer undergarments, and pantyhose.
The setting appears to be a chaotic Christmas party housed in a dimly lit space with unsettling imagery scattered throughout.
Viewers are met with jarring visual sequences, such as a woman resembling the Virgin Mary posed beside a donkey, while another scene shows a man dressed as an elf casually perched on a kitchen counter, eating from a bowl as someone else tinkers with a sink.
Among other moments, scantily clad women are seen playing Twister, a figure obsessively trimming a tree until little remains, someone swimming in a massive fish tank, and even a guy mysteriously receiving a haircut.
There’s also a recurring theme of money woven into the video. At one point, cash is scattered across the floor, a man lounges on a couch counting bundles of bills.
Another moment captures someone vacuuming up dollar heaps. Yet another scene depicts two individuals in a heated dispute over cash.
Toward the video’s conclusion, Kardashian encounters a man wearing a Santa costume who’s filming the party with an old-school camcorder.
The big reveal happens when Santa lowers the device, exposing none other than Macaulay Culkin, the famous star from “Home Alone.”
Directed by Nadia Lee Cohen and Charlie Denis, with production credits tied to Travis Barker, the project sparked a wave of divided reactions online.
Social media was quick to light up, with one popular comment sarcastically quipping, “What in the methamphetamine Christmas blasphemy is this?”
Another unimpressed follower questioned, “Am I the only one getting demonic vibes…?”
A different reaction compared the setting to something bleak, saying, “I think I just watched Kim crawl through a crackhouse.”
The criticism didn’t stop there. Some fans called out Kardashian’s purported religious background, with one heated comment reading, “This is disturbing. And she claims she is Christian. This is absurd.”
This isn’t Kardashian’s first brush with controversy over religious imagery. Just last month, she faced backlash for posing in an ad for Skims wearing nothing but a bra and underwear, prominently accessorized with a rosary around her neck.

The internet erupted yet again with complaints, such as, “Why is she always wearing the cross when she’s half naked … like wtaf,” while another user chimed in, “The Holy Rosary is NOT a fashion accessory.”
One such incident dates back to 2021, when Kardashian sparked debates over her wardrobe choice while touring Vatican City.
During the visit, the reality star was accompanied by supermodel Kate Moss and opted to wear a revealing lace dress featuring shoulder cutouts and exposed hips—a decision raising eyebrows due to the Vatican’s famously strict dress code prohibiting low-cut and sleeveless apparel.
To address the backlash, Kardashian shared her experience and clarified her actions through Instagram.

“We had the most incredible experience touring Vatican City @vaticanmuseums,” she wrote. “It was amazing to be able to view all of the iconic art, architecture and ancient Roman sculptures in person, especially Michelangelo’s works.”
She further explained, “We even had an opportunity to view their private archive of robes worn by every pope in history, dating back to the 1500’s. Thank you @ocspecial for arranging the visit. (Don’t worry, I adhered to the dress code and fully covered up while inside St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel.).”
