Fox News personalities Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt recently shared their joyous engagement news, which took place during the Christmas holiday.
Hannity sealed the moment with a proposal at their church, describing it as the “perfect place” given their shared faith.
“We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all of their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives,” the couple said in their statement.
Their children fully supported the engagement, with Hannity and Earhardt noting that their families “couldn’t be happier.” Following the proposal, the couple celebrated by meeting with their minister.

Speculation about their relationship began circulating in 2020 after an anonymous tip to People magazine suggested the two had been romantically linked “for years.”
At the time, Earhardt denied the claims, stating she was focused on raising her daughter and not seeing anyone.
Likewise, Hannity dismissed public discussions of his private life, stating, “I do not discuss my personal life in public.”
Though Hannity resides in Florida and Earhardt is based in New York, they’ve successfully maintained their relationship with frequent weekend visits between the states, as Fox News detailed.
Despite their separate lives, both are still on good terms with their ex-spouses, with the couple adding,
“Everyone is supportive of each other.” Both ex-spouses were informed about the engagement ahead of time.
Hannity had finalized his divorce from Jill Rhodes, with whom he shares two children, in 2020 after separating in 2015 while maintaining privacy about the matter.
Earhardt, who was previously married to former Clemson quarterback Will Proctor and shares a daughter with him, finalized her own divorce in 2019 after their separation in 2018.
Hannity, who has been with Fox News since its 1996 inception, holds the title of the longest-running cable news anchor in history.
Initially a co-host of “Hannity and Colmes,” he transitioned to hosting “Hannity,” a program that has ranked as the top-rated show for 15 years.
Additionally, his nationally syndicated radio program, “The Sean Hannity Show,” airs on over 750 stations, reaching millions of listeners.
Earhardt’s tenure at Fox News began in 2007. Since 2016, she has co-hosted “Fox & Friends,” positioning her as a prominent face of morning television.
Both Hannity and Earhardt have long-term contracts with Fox News Media, with her continuing to broadcast from New York and him anchoring from his new Florida residence.

Earlier this year, Hannity announced that he relocated his life and broadcasts primarily to Florida, citing the state’s conservative climate under Republican Governor Ron DeSantis and Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott.
“I am out. I am done. I’m finished. New York, New York, goodbye,” he announced at the time. “Florida, Florida, if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. But it’s great to be here.”
“For the first time… my representatives share my values,” Hannity remarked in January 2024.
Hannity spoke about his satisfaction with leaving behind “high taxes, burdensome regulation, high crime,” and other downsides he associated with his former home in New York.
The Fox New star added that his move aligns with a broader trend of migrations from blue states to red states. “Not a single person that I know who made a move like this who isn’t happy they made it,” he declared.
His latest purchase reflects his full commitment to Florida living. After buying a $5.3 million townhouse near former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, Hannity upgraded to a $23.5 million waterfront property in Manalapan.
The nearly 12,000-square-foot home features eight bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, a pool, a dock with a new seawall, and expansive balconies befitting a classic Florida estate.
