Spotify podaster Joe Rogan accused Kamala Harris’ former campaign team of spreading false claims about why she never appeared on his show in a fiery rebuke.
During an episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” the titular host discussed allegations from Harris campaign insiders, as revealed in the book “Fight: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House.”
The insiders claimed Rogan misled the team during talks to bring Harris on his podcast after President Donald Trump’s pre-election appearance.
“One of the things they said that [wasn’t] true was that we lied about the day that Trump was coming on. No, we just didn’t tell you that Trump was coming on,” Rogan clarified.
🚨BREAKING: Joe Rogan confirms that the Kamala Harris campaign LIED about Joe “not making time for Kamala.” He says that they refused to commit to a time, lied that he was unavailable, pretended they sent someone to view his set, and this lie was Kamala’s team covering their ass. pic.twitter.com/P8K9yBL6H4

“This is how it worked: Trump was really easy to book. Like, super easy. We offered one day. He said, ‘Yes.’ That was it. It was no, ‘What are we going to talk about? How long is it going to be? Is it going to be edited?’ … It was so easy. So he was already booked.”
He went on to criticize the Harris campaign’s claims about their intent to appear on the podcast.
“They never committed to doing the show … They said that the reason why they did the Beyoncé event in Houston was so that they could be in Texas to do my show,” Rogan explained.
Joe Rogan: “Even if you are sad that Trump won and you wish Kamala Harris won, if she did win, it would be the first time that anybody won without winning a primary.”
“It's not good to let people weasel around this system that we have in place.”
“That should be illegal.”

“They never agreed to do the show. None of that’s true … They also said that they sent someone down here to the studio to do a walk-through of the set. That’s not true … These people didn’t have a date, they never agreed to do the show.”
The host also mentioned how the campaign proposed an alternative arrangement after Trump’s appearance.
“Even after Trump went on, they offered for me to come to D.C. and do a show with Kamala,” Rogan said.
“But even then … it was only like 45 minutes to an hour. And it was not on my set. And I said that, ‘Look, [Trump] did it here. We should probably do it here, if it’s possible’ … By the way we have all the receipts, by the way. Of course, I have a whole list of conversations that took place.”
Rogan dismissed any claims that his show had treated Harris unfairly in comparison to Trump. “The idea that we f**ked her over and we f**ked her over for Trump … it’s not true,” he asserted.
“But I think it’s someone trying to cover their a** for the fact that she never did it, and if she did do it, it might have had a positive effect … things could’ve been different, who knows?”
Rogan also described some of the campaign’s unusual demands, which included placing “staff in the room” and having “a stenographer” present, while Trump managed to appear solo and without fanfare.
“[The Harris insiders are] saying we were difficult to deal with. Not true. We were super easy. But also it’s got to be the actual real show,” he concluded.
“It shouldn’t be some fake version of it where I’m sitting in a conference room … They wanted it very controlled, and they were really concerned that [the podcast] wasn’t going to be edited.”
Elsewhere, CBS News has released full transcripts and unedited footage of Kamala Harris’ interview with anchor Bill Whitaker.
BREAKING: FCC releases unedited ‘60 Minutes’ interview with Kamala Harris during the election
President Trump sued CBS, alleging the interview was “deceptively doctored” to help Harris win. pic.twitter.com/tIxzGtKjIE

This comes after speculation that CBS had manipulated the interview to present Harris more favorably.
The network confirmed that the entire interview would be available, following reports about a potential settlement with Trump regarding his lawsuit over the editing of the interview.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) also announced an investigation into CBS for alleged election interference. Complaints claim the network selectively trimmed Harris’ answers to cast her in a better light.
🚨🚨How much did 60 minutes edit the Kamala Harris interview?
See for yourself. This was the first question. One clip is the edit. One is raw.

A prime example is Harris’ answer to a “60 Minutes” question about stopping the Gaza war from escalating.
The full transcript shows a 140-word response, beginning with, “Well, let’s start with October 7th. Because obviously, what we do now must be in the context of what has happened,” Harris started.
“And as I reflect on a year ago, and that 1,200 people were massacred, young people at a festival, at a music festival, 250 hostages were taken, including Americans, women were brutally raped,” she said.
The broadcast version cut the response to a condensed 56-word version, showcasing what some critics perceive as a more polished and coherent answer.
It included, “Well, let’s start with October 7th. Twelve hundred people were massacred, 250 hostages were taken, including Americans. Women were brutally raped. And as I said then, I maintain Israel has a right to defend itself. We would. And how it does so matters. Far too many innocent Palestinians have been killed. This war has to end.”
A similar editing discrepancy occurred with Whitaker’s question about Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu defying Biden administration guidance on Israel’s military approach.
The full 179-word transcript featured Harris commenting on U.S. military aid, regional threats, and diplomatic efforts.
“Well, let’s start with this. On this subject, the aid that we have given Israel allowed Israel to defend itself against 200 ballistic missiles that were just meant to attack the Israelis, and the people of Israel,” she began.
“And I think that is the most recent example of why what we do to assist in their defense around military aid is important,” she the then-Vice President added.
“And when we think about the threat that Hamas, Hezbollah presents Iran, I think that it is without any question our imperative to do what we can to allow Israel to defend itself against those kinds of attacks,” she continued.
Harris rambled on for another 75-plus words but, the aired response cut it down to just 20, reporting Harris’ statement as, “The work that we do diplomatically with the leadership of Israel is an ongoing pursuit around making clear our principles.”
Following the transcript release, FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr announced hearings to address complaints by the Center for American Rights, a conservative organization, which accuses CBS News of unethical editing practices.
“The FCC has concluded that establishing a docket and seeking comment on the issues raised in the complaint would serve the public interest. The people will have a chance to weigh in,” Carr posted on X.
CBS maintained that their broadcast accurately reflected the interview. They stated, “The transcripts show – consistent with 60 Minutes’ repeated assurances to the public – that the 60 Minutes broadcast was not doctored or deceitful.”
