Reality star Caitlyn Jenner took aim at Minnesota Governor Tim Walz after the Democratic politician boasted about his masculinity and suggested it unnerved supporters of President Donald Trump.
“I am more ‘masculine’ than this [clown emoji] Gov Walz,” Jenner jabbed on X Wednesday, mocking the governor’s self-aggrandizing remarks.
Jenner, a former Olympic gold medalist who shockingly came out as transgender in 2015, was responding to a video clip posted by the Republican National Committee’s opposition research account.
The footage featured Walz flaunting his supposed ruggedness during an interview on the “This is Gavin Newsom” podcast.

The failed Democratic vice presidential candidate claimed conservatives were intimidated by his allegedly manly persona, telling Newsom, “I think I scare them a little bit, [which is] why they spend so much time on me.”
Newsom, the California governor and longtime Democrat power player, chuckled at Walz’s assertion.
During the discussion, Newsom had lamented how progressives overuse the term “toxic masculinity” and expressed concern that the Democratic Party was losing support among male voters.

Seizing on the opportunity, Walz painted himself as an authentic man’s man, asserting, “No, I’m serious, because they know I can fix a truck. They know I’m not bulls–tting on this. But I’m not putting this in people’s grill.”
However, Walz went on to complain about how conservatives have constantly mocked his masculinity since he entered the national spotlight.

Walz has often been the target of criticism from MAGA supporters, who have sarcastically dubbed him “Tampon Tim.”
“I don’t know if — my identity is not hunting. My identity is not football coaching. My identity is not, you know, a beard and a truck,” he insisted, despite frequently showcasing his background as a football coach and hunter on the campaign trail.
His awkward handling of a shotgun during an October hunting event was also widely ridiculed.

“Not that I spend too much time thinking about this,” Walz continued, before contradicting himself by dwelling on the topic.
“It just baffled me how much time they spent trying to attack me that I was not masculine enough in their vision.”
He then lamented, “Like, I would have never believed this. I saw Fox News did like a couple days because I used a straw. And I’m like, ‘What the hell? What am I — How else do you drink a milkshake?’”
Walz portrayed himself as a victim of right-wing obsession, saying, “But they focused on it obsessively, which I think, again, is their obsession, their weirdness.”
Newsom, who has been grappling with declining male voter support in his own state, agreed.
“This notion of masculinity is deeply part of it,” he said, before blaming the issue on societal trends such as the Me Too movement.
Later in the podcast, Walz doubled down on his bravado, claiming he could physically take out his conservative critics.
Newsom: “People feel like we don’t respect them.”

“I think I could kick most of their a**! I do think that … I know I can outrun them,” he boasted.
“I don’t know if we’re going to fall into that place where we, okay, we challenge you to, you know, a WWE fight here, type of thing.”
On Tuesday, Walz took a swipe at billionaire entrepreneur and X owner Elon Musk, linking him to Trump’s economic policies.
During a speech in Wisconsin, he joked about taking pleasure in Tesla’s declining stock value.
“There’s this thing on my phone, I know some of you know this, on the iPhone. They’ve got that little stock app,” he quipped. “I added Tesla to it to give me a little boost during the day.”
“225 and dropping!” he gleefully added, drawing laughter from the audience.

He further mocked Tesla owners, suggesting they should remove the Tesla emblem from their vehicles with dental floss.
“I’m not a vindictive person or anything,” Walz claimed, before once again contradicting himself.
“But I take great pleasure in the fact that this guy’s life is going to get very, very difficult.”
Tesla’s stock has dropped by over 34% in the past month, while Musk, who has become an increasingly vocal political figure, currently heads the Democrat hated Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

Musk hilariously fired back at Walz’s comments. “Sometimes when I need a little boost, I look at the @JDVance portrait in the @WhiteHouse and thank the Lord,” he posted on X, punctuating the message with a praying hands emoji.
The White House also condemned Walz’s remarks, with Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt chastising him during a press briefing.
“Tim Walz said last night that he frequently checks Tesla’s stock and doing so to ‘give [him] a little boost throughout the day.’ How should Americans view politicians who take pride in the downfall of an American car company?” a reporter asked.
Leavitt didn’t hold back. “I think it’s quite sad, but I think that Governor Walz unfortunately is living a sad existence after his devastating defeat on Nov. 5,” she remarked.
