Actor Charlie Sheen made a personal donation to a severely injured victim involved in Cincinnati’s brutal mob-style attack on July 26.
Sheen’s $1000 donation went to a GiveSendGo campaign supporting a woman named Holly, who was punched unconscious in the now-viral brawl.
The incident, which was captured on cellphone footage and widely circulated on social media, sparked national outrage over the level of violence and lack of intervention.
“My Ohio connections run deep, and what happened to you will NOT be tolerated by the ‘true’ Ohioans (like yourself), as justice will reign supreme,” Sheen wrote alongside his donation.
BIG NEWS: Moved by Holly’s story, actor Charlie Sheen has personally and generously donated to her recovery.

“Heal well, young lady, and know that we are all rooting for you!”
Conservative commentator Benny Johnson shared the message on social media, praising Sheen by saying, “You’re saving a life.”
In a post on X, Sheen downplayed his role and credited Johnson for taking the lead, writing, “I was merely following your gracious lead!”

The public show of support from the Hollywood veteran arrives as authorities move forward with arrests related to the Cincinnati brawl.
One of the suspects identified in the violent footage, 38-year-old Patrick Rosemond, was arrested Monday in Georgia.

He is facing multiple charges, including felonious assault and aggravated riot. Cincinnati police confirmed Rosemond’s arrest and said he will be extradited to Ohio.
Rosemond, who reportedly resides in Cincinnati and has no ties to Georgia, was booked at the Fulton County Jail.
His charges also include being a fugitive from justice for a fingerprintable offense.
Viral video from the street brawl appears to show Holly, dressed in blue, attempting to aid a man already under attack.

Instead, another female attacker hits her from behind before a male assailant lands a blow directly to her face, knocking her unconscious in the street.
In a recent video message shared with local outlet WLWT, Holly updated supporters on her condition.
“I’m still recovering,” she said, noting that her injuries include “very bad brain trauma.”
This is Holly. The woman knocked unconscious last weekend by a man during that downtown brawl. I just spoke with her and she gave me permission to use. There’s been debate about who started the fight. There is no debate with her story. SHE did not deserve this! More at 6 on @WLWT pic.twitter.com/Ysic6723md

The single mother, who spoke with the Cincinnati Enquirer, said she was out celebrating a friend’s birthday that night when the mob descended.
“We were waiting on our Uber outside and that’s when it all started,” she recalled.
Holly also noted that she has visited the hospital multiple times since the assault.
“It’s very humbling that you have sent your prayers, your blessings,” she said in her video statement.
“It’s definitely what’s keeping me going, and you have just brought back faith in humanity.”
The GiveSendGo campaign created to support her medical and recovery costs has already raised over $520,000.
Authorities continue to identify and arrest suspects tied to the attack.
Rosemond is the fifth of six charged individuals now in custody. On Friday, police apprehended 37-year-old Dominique Kittle. Kittle faces charges of felonious assault and aggravated riot.
Prosecutors say he approached one of the male victims, attacked him from behind, attempted to steal his wallet, and then turned back to knock the victim unconscious when the theft failed. His bond was set at $150,000.
The Cincinnati Police Department identified three other suspects earlier: Jermaine Matthews, 39; Dekyra Vernon, 24; and Montianez Merriweather, 34.
Matthews reportedly turned himself in and faces multiple counts of assault and aggravated riot.
A criminal complaint claims he punched and stomped a victim before dragging an unconscious person into the middle of the street.
A judge initially set his bond at $100,000, later increasing it to $270,000. Matthews bonded out of jail after the second arraignment.
His attorney, Brandon Fox, told Fox News’ CB Cotton that the violent outburst stemmed from racial tensions.
Fox alleged that Matthews was trying to de-escalate separate fights but got involved only after being slapped by a “taller White man.”
Merriweather, according to law enforcement, played a more instigating role.
A Cincinnati detective told WLWT that Merriweather whispered to another individual before confronting a victim, calling him the “catalyst” of what would become a coordinated attack.
The detective said Merriweather ambushed the victim by hitting him in the face from behind.
Three people were sent to jail on charges related to the brawl that happened early Saturday morning downtown Cincinnati.

Surveillance footage also allegedly shows Merriweather and Matthews chasing the same victim before physically assaulting him. Merriweather’s bond was set at $500,000.
Vernon is accused of landing a punch to the face of a victim just before that individual lost consciousness. Her bond stands at $200,000.
The next court date for Kittle, Matthews, Vernon, and Merriweather is scheduled for Friday
Of the estimated 100 people involved in or witnessing the violent event, Cincinnati Police Chief Terri Theetge confirmed that only one person contacted authorities as the assault unfolded.
“Trust me when I say this, had the Cincinnati Police Department been notified in real time, our officers would have responded with urgency and force to protect life,” Theetge said during a Friday news conference.
Theetge also indicated that more footage—including body camera video—would be released soon.
“Probably early next week, I will be releasing additional footage, including body worn camera that tells a little bit more of the story,” she said.
“Right now, I need to let the investigators continue to do their jobs. If I release too much, too soon… I jeopardize the integrity of the investigation.”
