The mother of Hunter Biden’s illegitimate child petitioned an Arkansas court to allow her to legally change the girl’s name, so she will “benefit” from being a Biden.
According to the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette, ex-stripper Lunden Roberts, 31, filed to change the name of her four-year-old daughter with the First Son, to reflect his “politically powerful” last name.
The Tuesday filing, submitted to the 16th Circuit Court in Independence County by Robert’s lawyer, Clinton Lancaster, claimed that Navy Joan Roberts, 4, would “benefit from carrying the Biden family name,” which he asserted is “now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful.”
The filing states that though Navy was proven to be the spawn of Hunter, 52, in January of 2020, none of the Biden clan have ever met the girl.
Court documents explain that the first family are “estranged from the child” in a purposefully neglectful manner.
“To the extent this is misconduct or neglect, it can be rectified by changing her last name to Biden so that she may undeniably be known to the world as the child of the defendant and member of the prestigious Biden family.”
The petition for a legal name change was one of four filings Lunden’s attorney made on Tuesday.
The paternity case was initially settled in March 2020, but reopened in September when Biden cried poor in an attempt to have his child support payments reduced.
Hunter claimed that there was a “substantial material change” to his “financial circumstances” after his father took public office.
Roberts wants Biden’s motion nixed on her account that he is “attempting to stifle discovery into his financial affairs,” despite a “well-established history of a lavish lifestyle.”
“[Biden] has a long, and lengthy, history of attempting to avoid discovery by filing endless and recurrent motions for protective orders,” the filing reads.
“Additionally, this case was finally resolved the first time when this court denied the defendant’s motion for a protective order relating to discovery.”
Her lawyer asserted that Biden refused to provide “requested information,” and motioned for a protective order to keep the documents under seal.
Lancaster wants the court to dismiss the motion and order Biden to “stop improperly filing documents as sealed.”
He also requested information from the FBI’s investigation into Biden’s alleged tax fraud, to determine if he “failed to disclose all his income.”
“The plaintiff is relegated to proving her case related to child support by documents,” Lancaster’s filing states.
“Mr. Biden cannot pick and choose which documents he will disclose — to do so is to limit the plaintiff to the blind faith of what the defendant said he made as income.”
In an interview with CNBC, Lancaster said he handed over “a significant amount of Hunter’s financial records” to federal investigators.
He would not disclose any of the information that was in the “problematic” records, which were in his possession due to the paternity case.
“I had his Burisma pay records. I had records of ultimately what Burisma paid into the United States.”
“They’re all in electronic form,” Lancaster noted. “I would estimate it was anywhere from 10 gigs of data.”
“I’m not making any statements about what was in the tax records, whether he paid taxes, or whether he didn’t pay taxes,” he continued.
Lancaster said it’s not his or Robert’s “goal” to see Hunter “go to jail,” though the lawyer does “expect him to be indicted.”
“Just based on what I saw in his financial records, I would be surprised if he’s not indicted.”
When Roberts filed the initial paternity claim, Hunter claimed he had “no recollection” of having sex with the former DC stripper, due to being in the middle of a four-year long drug frenzy.
”It’s why I would later challenge in court the woman in Arkansas who had a baby in 2018 and claimed the child was mine,” he said in his memoir “Beautiful Things.”
“I had no recollection of our encounter,” Hunter claimed. “That’s how little connection I had with anyone. I was a mess, but a mess I’ve taken responsibility for.”
Navy is Biden’s fourth child. He has three children, Naomi, Finnegan and Maisy, with ex-wife Kathleen Buhle, and two-year-old son, Beau, with current wife Melissa Cohen.
Navy was snubbed during the Biden’s Christmas display at the White House for a second straight year.
Of the nine stockings that represented the Biden grandchildren adorning the fireplace mantle in the State Dining Room, Navy’s name was not among the red and white stockings of her half-siblings and cousins.
