Joe Rogan and ex-President Donald Trump jabbed at Vice President Kamala Harris for dropping her far-left policies and adopting ideas he has championed.
“I’m going to send her a MAGA cap,” Trump quipped on Friday’s episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience.”
Trump criticized Harris, saying, “She was ‘Defund the Police,’ she was for all these transgender operations.”
“You know, if you wanted a sex change and you were in detention, and you demanded a sex change, they would give you a sex change.”

Rogan noted that, “The wildest one is this idea of giving free sex changes to illegal immigrants,” to which Trump nodded, “That’s right– in detention.”
“That is the wildest thing, like, is that the biggest problem you have? You just walked here from Guatemala, and you need to become a girl?” Rogan questioned about the alleged priorities of certain immigrants.
Trump pointed out that she was “in favor of it, but has now change “15 polices” since campaigning for president.
“In fact, I’m going to send her a MAGA cap,” he quipped about Harris’ flip-flopping.
Rogan pointed out that she adopted his “No tax on tips” policy, which Trump noted that he “came up with.”
“It caught fire,” Rogan remarked. Trump said it “took her two months” to inject his policy “into a little speech.”
Despite Harris echoing Trump’s tax proposal in August, Trump told Rogan that the public still associates the idea with him.
“I think we still have that issue,” he stated. “We have a lot of good issues.”
Elsewhere in the chat, Rogan shared that Harris was “supposed to come on, but hasn’t yet.”
Trump: Can you imagine Kamala doing this show?
Rogan: I could imagine her doing this show.
Trump: She’d be laying on the floor.
Rogan: She was supposed to do it. And she might still do it. I hope she does.

“She was supposed to do it,” Rogan mentioned. “And she might still do it and I hope she does.”
Trump doubted her sincerity, suggesting she won’t show up. “I will talk to her like a human being,” Rogan said. “I would try to have a conversation with her.”
Trump replied, “If she did this kind of an interview with you, I hope she does, because it would be a mess.”
“She’d be laying on the floor, comatose,” Trump joked as Rogan chuckled. “You’d be saying, call in the medics.”
Rogan is confident that he could handle it and get to know her.
“I wouldn’t try to interview her,” he proposed. “I’d just try to have a conversation with her and hopefully get to know her as a human being.”
During the discussion, Trump urged Rogan to endorse him, highlighting the nod he got from tech mogul Elon Musk.

“He gave me the nicest endorsement too. Tough. He said, ‘The country’s gonna fail.’ You should do the same thing, Joe, because you cannot be voting for Kamala,” Trump said, prompting Rogan to laugh.
“Kamala! You’re not a Kamala person,” he said to the host. “I know you. I’ve watched you! I know him better than he — you know what? Without speaking to you, I think I know you maybe almost as well as your wife.”
Trump claimed to have followed Rogan for years before talking about Musk’s company Starlink, along with the economic achievements and tax cuts he implemented during his presidency.
The 45th president was then asked why Harris has been likening him to Adolf Hitler, prompting Trump to criticize her and the Democrats for their escalating rhetoric.
“She has a very low IQ,” Trump stated. “I think Kamala should have a test because there’s something missing. There’s something wrong.”
During their three-hour talk, Trump reflected on how he naturally garnered a lot of publicity, prompting Rogan to note how media outlets like CNN amplified Trump’s popularity.

“Oh, I can definitely tell you. You said a lot of wild s**t,” Rogan chuckled. “You said a lot of wild shit, and then CNN, in all their brilliance, by highlighting your wild shit, made you much more popular.”
Rogan observed that voters tired of scripted political talk were drawn to Trump’s perceived genuineness.
“People were tired of someone talking in this bullshit, pre-prepared politician lingo,” he pointed out. And even if they didn’t agree with you, they at least knew whoever that guy is, that’s him.”
Rogan then highlighted Trump’s large rallies and compared his approach to standup comedy.

“You need at least the attitude of a comedian when you’re doing this business. This is a very dangerous business, first of all. It’s a very tough business,” Trump agreed.
Rogan criticized the media for downplaying two assassination attempts on Trump, though Trump said he preferred not to discuss them.
The former president also admitted that his biggest mistake in the White House was appointing certain people, specifically mentioning his former chief of staff, John Kelly.
“The biggest mistake I’ve made is I’ve picked some people — I’ve picked some great people, but you don’t think about that — I picked some people that I shouldn’t have picked,” he admitted.
