“Avengers” star Mark Ruffalo got panned online after sharing fake images of former President Donald Trump on a plane “headed to Epstein Island.”
Ruffalo, who played Bruce Banner’s Hulk in across multiple Marvel franchise movies, shared obviously digitally manipulated images of the ex-president on X, formerly Twitter.
In the photos, which have been confirmed to be AI-generated, Trump is surrounded by a group of blonde teenage girls in a plane.
The images were originally posted by a liberal social media account on Wednesday, and have since massed over 1.2 million views.
Gross. #MAGA wants to paint everyone on those flights as pedophiles except the one guy who smiles in a group of young girls all headed to Epstein’s “Fantasy Island” with him. My bet is there are some decent republicans left in America that may think this is going too far. https://t.co/e0IWT1lnCZ

“Trump headed to Epstein Island,” Denise Wheeler captioned the false photos. “2 different flights, 2 different groups of little girls.”
“Not his daughters. Not his nieces. Not something Republicans even care about,” she went on. “He can rape, steal, try to overthrow the gov’t, this is their American dream.”
Ruffalo was duped by the AI images, and reposted Wheeler’s fake commentary to his 8.2 million followers on Thursday night.
“Gross. #MAGA wants to paint everyone on those flights as pedophiles except the one guy who smiles in a group of young girls all headed to Epstein’s “Fantasy Island” with him,” he wrote.
“My bet is there are some decent republicans left in America that may think this is going too far,” the far-left actor added.
Ruffalo was panned for sharing what were obviously doctored images to his fans.
“The Hulk is more real than these pictures…” replied Kevin Dalton, who followed up with an AI generated image of the Hulk surrounded by women on a plane.
“You’re spreading an absolute lie, Mark,” someone else criticized. “Not that you’d be at all bothered by that. Democrats.”
“Dude, you’re sharing clearly fake AI pictures,” a fellow liberal accused.
“I don’t like Trump but he was one of the first people to go to police about Epstein and was the only one that worked with prosecutors. Making politics out of child molestation is disgusting.”
A community note added to the post clarified that the images were in fact fake.
“Although there are authentic images of Trump with young women, these images are AI-generated,” a reader added on Friday.
Despite being told that the images he shared are fake, Ruffalo has yet to delete the post.
It’s hard to imagine because it would never happen. But you don’t even have to imagine with Trump because it did happen. One can only hope there are still independent thinking #MAGA people that may be able to break free from the great deception. https://t.co/8FlCrBZ2RS

In fact, he doubled down the same day, by sharing a post that contained a video of Trump “wishing well” Jeffrey Epstein’s former girlfriend and co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell after she was convicted.
“Imagine if Joe Biden wished Ghislaine Maxwell well. Imagine if Joe Biden flew multiple times on Epstein’s plane,” political journalist Brian Krassenstein captioned the video.
“Imagine if Joe Biden was sued for raping a 13 year old girl with Epstein in the same year that he flew on Epstein’s plane, before the girl dropped the suit because she “received threats and was too frightened,” the post continued.
“What would Trump be saying right now?”
Ruffalo, a staunch supporter of President Joe Biden, said that Biden would never be entangled with convicted pedophile like Epstein.
“It’s hard to imagine because it would never happen,” he wrote. “But you don’t even have to imagine with Trump because it did happen.”
“One can only hope there are still independent thinking #MAGA people that may be able to break free from the great deception,” he added.
The actor was once again called out by social media users for his hot take.
“Mark Ruffalo is melting down because the Epstein files fully exonerated President Trump while reaffirming that Bill Clinton and other Democrats took part in a network of pędophiles on Epstein’s island,” one user replied.
“Maybe someone should look into Ruffalo’s past.”
“I guess Mark just listened to mainstream news and didn’t read the documents… HINT they completely exonerate Trump,” another added.
